Viking Shetland Pony Show 2018
The 27th Viking Shetland Pony Show was held on Sunday 18th August at Cunningsburgh Showfield.
Judges:-
Standard Ring - Guy Hurst, Miniature Ring - David Hodge & Performance Ring - Rowena Proven.
An excellent day had by all with sunshine & enough of a breeze to keep the midges away!
Huge congratulations to the Merkisayre Stud for winning Supreme Champion with their homebred chestnut stallion Merkisayre Kelvin.
Also, congratulations to Reserve Supreme Champion Emily Laurenson who ably rode Clothie Night Lightning.
Well done to all prize winners. It was lovely to see the high standard of ponies forward as well as being beautifully presented. It's always heartwarming to see & hear the comradery throughout the day. Shetland is hosting the Breed Show in less than a years time. See you there!!!
